Ever since Taco Bell launched its famous Nacho Fries in January of 2018, they have been a huge hit. A couple of months following the launch of this product, Taco Bell had sold over 53 million orders of Nacho Fries.
Every so often Taco Bell will take the Nacho Fries off of their menu, leaving their customers wanting even more when they finally return. Well in August of 2019, Taco Bell took their Nacho fries off of the menu for almost 6 months. Yes, 6 months! I can only imagine how upset Nacho Fry lovers were.
Nacho fries just made a come back to Taco Bell’s menu last Thursday, January 30, 2020!
My friend Hannah and I were so excited that Nacho Fries were finally back! We were so excited that they were finally back, so we ordered not one, not two, but three orders of nacho fries! When we finally got ahold of them, excited was definitely an understatement in describing how we felt.
I wanted to get opinions on Nacho Fries from some other people, so I interviewed some of my peers here at Cape Fear to see what they had to say.
Nicole Gilroy, a sophomore here at Cape Fear, said, “They are so much better than regular fries. The seasoning really just makes them and the cheese just tops it all off.”
“Great. Just great. They are absolutely fantastic,” said CFNN Reporter Skylar Stanley. “I just can’t get enough of them.”
Senior Weatherman Eli Benbenek seemed confused. “Nacho fries? Sorry, I’m not familiar with them. Are they fries? Nachos?” He said.
“They are a delightful taste sensation,” sadi CFNN Editor Christian Tuminsky.
So there you have it, folks. Whether you like curly fries, steak fries, or waffle fries, Taco Bell’s Nacho Fries are definitely worth trying. So make your way to the nearest Taco Bell and go pick up your one…two…three or even FOUR orders of Nacho Fries!
