The Lady Colts increased their winning streak Monday, September 11th as they played at Gates Four. They won by 17 strokes over 2nd place Purnell Swett.

Kate Wilson took first place with a score of 91, Alex Serbio was second with a 97, Gracey Horne was sixth with a 110, Hannah Roney was tenth with a 114, and Abbey Bullard was tied eleventh with a 115.

The Lady Colts came in first with a team score of 298, Purnell Swett was second with a team score of 315, Grays Creek came in third with a team score of 340, Jack Britt was fourth with a team score of 342, and Lumberton finished fifth with a team score of 369.

Through strong determination and staying on top of their game, the Lady Colts are pushing with their success to make it to regionals and states to come out on top.

“These girls just keep improving week by week, and I see their work ethic get stronger each match we play. They are eager to improve and win each week, and I am excited to continue to see their growth throughout this season,” said Coach Todd Edge.

Kate Wilson kept up her excellent performance again in this match, and was once again the medalist of the match. 

“It’s all about having a good mindset and seeing things through,” said Wilson.

The Lady Colts play at Cypress Lakes next Monday, September 18th. Come out and support the Colts as they hope to continue to be undefeated this season.
