Greetings Colts! Are you bored? Nothing to do? Do you want to have a fun weekend? Well Cape Fear’s International Club has a solution for you! So all you have to do is show up to the International festival hosted at Cape Fear on April 27th. There will be food trucks, vendors, games, and much more in this cultural celebration!
If you are looking for a good way to spend time with your friends and family, then this festival is for you. Food trucks have been contacted from all over the region to bring you some of the best foods from around the world.
There will be activities such as dances from different countries performed by our very own dance troupe. As well as a performance by our own International Club. There will also be face painting for kids to enjoy themselves as well.
The festival will be held in the front field at Cape fear from 11:30 to 3. If you are interested in participating all you have to do is contact the number (919) 727- 4651 and text your name and business name. You will receive an email with an application this week. In order to serve food as a vendor you must pay a $20 fee.
“It’s a chance to show the diversity we have here at Cape Fear. Everybody thinks there is no diversity here but there is. I want to put this in the forefront so not only will people think we have a good community but they will also know we have a good diverse school,” said International Club Leader Ms. Hawks.
This fantastic mindset is what the International Festival is meant to showcase. So come out to support and have fun here at Cape fear!
