The Cape Fear varsity soccer team won Tuesday’s home conference semifinal tournament game against Terry Sanford by a score of 5-1. The girls played hard, and the score shows it, demolishing our rivals.

This is the first time Cape Fear Girls Soccer has ever been conference champs. 

The player of the game was Rachel Buffalo, who has had an impressive season this year. Rachel has had a total of 3 goals in the year, and she scored one in the conference game.

Rachel Buffalo- 1 goal, 1 assist

Natalie Autry- 1 assist

Dylan Sneed- 2 goals

Jayda Angel- 2 goals

Hannah Walker- 1 assist

Kayia Starling- 1 assist

The girls are saying goodbye to two seniors this year, Amelia Shook and Rachel Buffalo. These girls have committed to the Soccer Team for years, and have shown great sportsmanship. They will be missed but pave the way for the upcoming team to grow!
